After launch
Ongoing support
A launch is the start of the useful part. Support keeps a designer and a developer available to you every month, so campaigns ship on time and small problems stay small.
- How we price it
- Monthly retainer or hourly. Thirty days notice, no minimum term.
- Who it suits
- Right for teams who ship campaigns regularly and do not want to re-brief a new agency each time.
In detail
We stay on to build the new pages, fix the odd thing, and tell you every quarter what the numbers are actually saying.
The pattern we see most often is a good site that degrades over eighteen months, because every campaign page was made in a hurry by whoever was free. Support exists to stop that.
What is included
A set number of hours each month covering new pages, CMS work, integrations, bug fixes and design updates. Unused hours roll over one month. You can see exactly what was spent on what.
How we prioritise
You keep a single running list. We work top down and tell you when something is going to cost more than it is worth. Anything genuinely broken jumps the queue at no extra charge.
Quarterly review
Once a quarter we look at analytics, page speed and search performance together and come back with three things worth doing. Not a dashboard nobody opens.
Leaving
Thirty days notice, and we hand over documentation for anything added since launch. No exit fee, no hostage-taking.
Deliverables

Uptime and page speed watched, with anything genuinely broken jumping the queue at no extra cost.
