Services
Everything we do, and what you actually get.
Most projects use all four. Some only need one. Below is the honest version of each: what it covers, what it does not, and how we price it.
We work as one team across strategy, design and build, so nothing gets thrown over a wall halfway through.
Design and build
Webflow website
This is the bulk of what we do. You get a site designed from your actual content rather than a template, built in Webflow with a class system that stays readable, and handed over with the CMS structured so your team can add pages without breaking the layout.
- How we price it
- Fixed price, agreed before we start. Most builds run six to ten weeks.
- Who it suits
- Right for teams replacing a slow WordPress install, or a template they have quietly outgrown.
What you get
- Information architecture
- A sitemap and page inventory agreed in writing, so nobody discovers a missing template in week seven.
- Webflow build
- Every template built as documented, reusable components with a class naming system your next developer can read.
- CMS modelling and editor training
- Collections structured around your content, plus a recorded walkthrough so your team can add pages on their own.
- Performance and accessibility pass
- Tested on a mid-range phone over a throttled connection, and checked against WCAG AA before it goes near production.
- Migration and redirects
- Old URLs mapped one by one to new ones, so the search rankings you already earned come with you.
Research and interface
UX/UI design
Design that starts with a wireframe and a conversation, not a mood board. We map the journeys that matter, design the templates that carry them, and hand over a system that holds together when someone else extends it.
- How we price it
- Priced by stage. Discovery is quoted separately so you can stop after it if the answer changes.
- Who it suits
- Right for products and sites where the structure is the problem, not the paint.
What you get
- Discovery and interviews
- Analytics review, stakeholder interviews and a look at what your customers search before they find you.
- Wireframes
- Grey-box layouts for every unique page, so structure gets settled before anyone falls in love with a colour.
- Interface design
- Full visual design at desktop and mobile, including empty, error and loading states.
- Design system
- Type scale, spacing, colour tokens and component states, documented for whoever extends it next.
- Prototypes
- Clickable flows for anything complicated enough to be worth testing before it gets built.
Identity and voice
Branding
We build identities to be used, not to be presented. That means a system with enough range for the places it will actually appear, and guidelines short enough that people read them.
- How we price it
- Fixed price by scope. Usually four to eight weeks alongside or ahead of a site build.
- Who it suits
- Right for companies whose product has moved on but whose brand has not caught up.
What you get
- Positioning and messaging
- What you do, who for, and why it is different, in language your sales team will actually use.
- Wordmark and identity
- A mark designed to work at sixteen pixels as well as it works at sixteen metres.
- Type and colour system
- A scale and palette with contrast ratios checked, so the brand and the accessibility audit agree with each other.
- Brand guidelines
- Short, specific and published as a web page, with examples of misuse as well as correct use.
- Launch assets
- Social profiles, deck template, email signature and favicon set, so the rollout is not a scramble.
After launch
Ongoing support
A launch is the start of the useful part. Support keeps a designer and a developer available to you every month, so campaigns ship on time and small problems stay small.
- How we price it
- Monthly retainer or hourly. Thirty days notice, no minimum term.
- Who it suits
- Right for teams who ship campaigns regularly and do not want to re-brief a new agency each time.
What you get
- Monthly hours
- A designer and a developer reserved for you each month, with unused hours rolling over once.
- Campaign and landing pages
- New pages built to the existing system so the site does not drift away from its own design.
- CMS and integration work
- New collections, form endpoints, analytics events and whatever your stack grows into.
- Monitoring and fixes
- Uptime and page speed watched, with anything genuinely broken jumping the queue at no extra cost.
- Quarterly review
- One meeting a quarter, three recommendations, written down. Not a dashboard nobody opens.
